internet explorer toolbar colour

    hi
    my daughter has a packard bell notebook. For internet explorer the toolbars are coloured purple with black font. Is there a way of changing these colours please.

    Interesting - I had the feeling that it might have been manufacturer specific as I could find no way of altering the colour of the toolbars in IE - other colours, yes.
