Internet Explorer Taskbar Keeps Disappearing

    Hi,

    I hope someone can help me...

    My IE taskbar keeps disappearing even though I have it on "keep on top ". Does anyone know why it won't "stay on top "?

    This is really bothering me and I've searched everywhere for an anwer and can't find one.

    I'm running Windows XP on a Laptop.

    Thanks for any help you can provide me.

    Is the Autohide the Taskbar checked? That would do what you describe.

    No the Autohide is not checked either.

    I assume you mean the Taskbar which sits at the bottom of the screen regardless of which program is running - clock at right hand end , Start at left hand end?

    If this is the case try running Taskbar Repair Tool Plus from Kelly's Korner.

    Do you have the Taskbar locked? Best to.
