Internet Explorer Script Error pop up...HELP

I just tried downloading a different download accelerator called modem speed or something like that from Search.com and during the process, this stupid small screen keeps popping up everytime I get on the net.

This screen is about 6" tall and 8" wide and at the top it says :

What is this and how do I get rid of it ?
I have clicked on the YES and the NO and the pop up will go away, but evrytime I go back to my desktop and then click back on my IE icon, there it is again.

I did go back and remove the Modem speed up program that I had, but the Error screen keeps popping up and driving me crazy.

I know that someone on here can tell me what to do to cure this problem, becuase you guys have an answer for just about everything.
Just please walk me thru the steps if ther are any step by step, because I am very hard to catch on.

And by the way, I've went back to using Download Accelerator Plus (DAP).

 

can you tell us which program you istalled(Modem speed up program) give us a name maybe ?

some Download(utilitys) accelerators. contain spyware,especaily if there free.

Most Modem boosters. Internet bandwidth excelorators... and such are in my opinion snakeoil

have you scanned with an anti spyware program Like Adaware and SpyBot s&d ?
