Internet Explorer has encountered a problem

    ok... I've been searching and searching and searching and I can't find any definat answers here.. but a friend of mine is running windows 98.. she brought it to another friends because it was running a bit slow for her.. so her friend cleaned out her pc a bit.. sped it up a bit she said it was working great... now when ever she goes to try to run IE she is getting

    when she clicks "click here" the information that is provided is :

    "0028:FF0 adc51 IN vxd LUVI 500(01)+000067F1 "

    then sometimes she is getting random reboots at times, and others IE will even stay up even after the error has come up... any help would be greatly appreciated... thanks in advance.

    pbait - Welcome to the Board :)

    Has your friend tried a Repair Of Internet Explorer?

    Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > scroll down to Interet Explorer > Remove and select the repair option in the dialogue box.
