Currently I'm using Internet Explorer 9.
As stated in the title above, I can't get access even one webpage at IE without any reasons!
I'm very sure that my laptop's internet connections is ON, as I can browse using Google Chrome.

    I've tried the following:
    - Disable the add-ons
    - Start in safe mode

But I don't reset IP address and DNS server because I don't think they cause the problems. (proof is that I can use Google Chrome without problems.)

    Any solutions for that?

I'd try resetting everything in IE next. (Click Tools > Internet options > Advanced tab > Reset... button. Select (check) the box next to "Delete personal settings ", click the Reset button and close IE).

Spyware Dr: I've tried that method, but still no luck.
Evan Omo: I've used that before I start the thread.
Steve R Jones: It works flawlessly after restart!! Before I mark the thread 'resolved',why would this happen?

The options I pointed out are enabled/turned on by default. Why they started giving you trouble now is beyond me.

A stray photon, on it's way from the Sun on out to Pluto, flew right through your computer's RAM and flipped a single bit causing it not to act quite right.

The reboot reset that flipped bit and now all is well.

    :)
