Hello everyone. I have recently gone to Yahoo for my email and browser services, and I downloaded "Internet Explorer provided by Yahoo ". I want to keep my Yahoo companion, IM, etc., but I want to uninstall the IE provided by Yahoo. It is not in the add/remove programs in control panel. Any help? Thanks.

I'm a little confused with this. I didnt think you actually downloaded a complete version of IE. I thought you just downloaded the "companion" that tied itself to your version of IE. I could be mistaken..

Rross--I suspect aleekat is correct. You only have one version of IE on your PC. Yahoo just "branded" it with the Yahoo name. If you do not want that little bit of puffery, you can get rid of it.
