You know the buttons like "favourites ", "History ", "home "

Can you make your own to act as links?

We have no idea of the version IE you use

Go to this site and add it to favorites in the links folder
if its not already there.

You can also if you havent already go to tools internet options advanced in the browser catogory enable personalized favorites.

To answer your question I dont think so-You do know how to customize the toolbar ?
R/click on a blank spot and choose custumize
