Internet Explorer blank boxes

    Every once in awhile when my daughter is on Disneychannel or im checking my Hotmail I get these blank internet explorer boxes take over my screen, there are so many I cant close them out and they just keep going, I just have to end up unplugging my PC, I notice it is usually when I click the back button, I run spybot, and webroot full version, and I have free version of ZoneAlarm, and SBC online protection, none show anything on scans, does anyone know that this could be? thanks for any help.
