Internet Explorer 7.0 opens two browsers

    Why does one click on the Internet Explorer 7.0 opens two browsers in Windows XP (SP3); one being active and one blank and dead?

    check tools>internet options...see if you have 2 listings in your home page window,,if so remove the one you don't want,and restart IE...
