Internet Explorer 6 problem [jpegs slow to open/occasional freezing]

    Hello.

    I am running Windows 98 Second Edition and have a problem when I installed Internet Explorer 6 on my computer. When I open JPEGS in the browser, every now and then the window would freeze and take forever to load even tho they are stored on my hard drive. I know that my previous version (IE5) opened these files fine.

    Can some one help me?

    How often is "every now and then?" If it's once every other week, I wouldn't worry about it. Just reboot.

    17 times a day is another story..
