I am having trouble browsing certain cites on WWW - it is not a security setting either. I am running W2K and are pointing my DNS settings to the correct primary DNS address. When I type "nslookup" from DOS prompt it gives me "**** Can't find server name for address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx : No response from server" It then defaults to the alternate DNS Server. I can ping and telnet to my preferred DNS server.....Any help/suggestions.

contact your ISP or your DNS administrator and tell them their DNS server is not accepting and resolving name queries. They should be able to resolve it.
In the mean time, swap the order of your alternate and primary DNS server and see if that resolves your problem.
