Our Office building has five floors. each floor has several PC's and they are connected to each other and to the internet thro' a proxy server.Internet is working fine in the entire building. But the problem we are facing is that the floors are unable to communicate among each other. Each floor consists of 3com switch which is connected to the central switch which in turn is connected to proxy server.

    Can anyone please help us

    Thanks

    Tanveer

Have you checked the switches themselves? Are there VLANs set up on them?
