Running win7 pro 64 bit asus mainboard. I just got a new copy of acronis true image 2009 version.( I got this over 2012 version because, I only need the hard drive image backup ). I installed it and had to remove it 4 times. my multi internal card reader will work before the install, and stop working when I install acronis, uninstall it and the card reader will work nornal (use also doesn't show when I click on my computer) I can get it to work by reinstalling the drivers in device manager, but when I reboot I will have to go back to device manager and play with the enable and disable on the usb/card reader disks
anyone know of this problem and how to solve it when acronis 2009 is installed
    Thanks

It was written for XP... Odds are real good you need a newer version.

This is as resolved as I can get it .
Got Acronis 2012 installed it, and Had this very same problem. I am making my image backup, then uninstall Acronis to get my card reader back to working. Acronis just doesn't like my card reader. On updating Acronis 2012 it said I had the latest version.
