Intel Management Engine Interface?

Is this worth installing on Windows 7?

Sounds like it may be unnecessary, but I wanted some input from here before installing it.

I don't have IMEI installed, and there is no yellow flag in device manager on my Dell. I can't really understand why the option to install the management engine was offered to me in the first place. It seems more geared for IT professionals anyway.
