I guess this question might have been asked before but I've a new Acer Aspire one mini laptop with Linux OS and I want to install XP on it. I have the following questions.

    1) Can I install XP without removing Linux? I want to use both. If so how?
    2) My laptop does not have the optical CD drive and I have an XP CD. So how do I install it from a USB drive? Do I just copy all the files from CD to USB and then boot from the USB to install the XP? Is there any instruction manual or something that I can follow to do this.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks
    Ven

    Welcome to WindowsBBS;)

You need anther partition to install XP and you need to verify that you can get XP drivers for all of the hardware devices before proceeding.

Getting an External USB cd drive might be easier then a USB drive.
