Putting together a crash and burn PC and installing Vista Beta 2 from DVD. It blue screens and tells me the BIOS is not ACPI compliant. I downloaded the latest BIOS from ASUS for the P4S533-X motherboard but it did no good It's dated 12/03! I suspect the video card but am not sure. Replaced it with same results. It's an older S3. The MB has no on board video. I am now installing XP Pro and got the same message but was able to override by pressing f7 when it asked for 3rd party SCSI drivers. Can't do this with Vista install. It doesn't get that far! Put 512mb of ddr in as well. Any ideas?

    Thanks.
