I am trying to find the correct sequence for installing netscape 6.x on windows 2000 where it will be used under a non-administrator user account. For example, a) should it be installed under administrator or user account b) under which account should profiles be created?
Also, are there any permissions issues when copying messages from another netscape 6.x installation to the user's account?

    Recommended:
    Install it under power user
If the power user has problem to install that, try temporary change the power user to administartor and install it, then change back.

Each profile should only be created by the user's account. I.e. you should not (and canNOT) access administrator's Netscape profile by other normal user.
