Installing Microsoft Visual Studio .net 2003

    I am having problems installing Microsoft Visual Studio .net 2003. I am on step two of the installation to install the visual studio .net software. When I click on step 2 it goes right to the epson copy utility. When I exit out of the utility, the setup closes immediately. Is this a problem with the .net software or my computer and can any one help me with this? Thanks.
