Resolved Installation Failed 0x80070020 Contact MS Support

    When I tried to install the free upgrade from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro on my HP DV4-2167sb Notebook PC: Intel i3, 500GB HDD, 8GB RAM. I got this Failed 0x80070020 Contact Microsoft for help. I made sure no third party Security was installed.

    Changed the setting ion Windows Update to Download but let me choose which updates to install. On the Start Menu Shut Down Button was the Windows Update Shield I click on it and it Installed 221 updates
