installation errors

    I'm trying to install an ebook, and here is the error i get when i run the setup program:

    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AuTOEXEC.NT. The file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

    I'm running Windows XP on a Dell Latitude X300.

    Help!
