Install own SSL Certificate in Windows 2003.

Hi.
I need help with installation of SSL certificate on Windows 2003.
On my Windows System have installed DNS Server what manage multiple domains.
Web Server IIS 6.0 manage this domains with own hostname of domain , but with one IP address.
To say exactly is :
domain1.com = 80.28.40.49 ,
domain2.com = 80.28.40.49 ,
domain3.com = 80.28.40.49 .

SSL port by default 443.
When I have installed one SSL certificate on domain1.com it's working correctly by using this port 443.
The problem is when I need to install own SSL certificate for other domain2.com by using this port 443 , so this don't working.
The domain host are stopped with error.
I know , its possible to using other port for SSL , for example 445 or 446. But I don't want to do this. I need using only default port.

How install on one web server multiple SSL for different domains ?
I'm confused here !

Host headers is what is used when you want to use multiple web sites with the same port and same IP address within IIS.

With SSL, though, the information in the host header is encrypted and not discernable by IIS to determine which server certificate to use.

You will either need to not use SSL, use different ports, or use differen IP addresses.

Help with SSL Certificate.

i'm sorry , my question is not about multiple domain hosting on web server. I know what exist host header to display domains with own host.
My question about SSL certificate. Default port 443. And use only IP address and not host header.

May be I have bad configuration on Web Server ? Because I use every domain with own host header , but with IP setting ( All Unassigned ).
May be I need to create for every domain one different internal IP address.
Every domain with own IP and not (All Unassigned) configuration. ???
I'm very confused now.
Need any HELP.
Please if you have any idea type me here.

Hi,

The way I understand your original post, you are wanting to host your three web sites on the same server - no problem. If you want to add SSL to each of them, you need to host them on separate IP addresses or separate ports.

That's the easiest way I know how to explain it through this medium. Please let me know if this isn't clear and I will try to help out with configuration instruction if you need that assisstance.

For beginning I'm sorry my english ............................

Ok. I will type here step by step about what I have and what I want.
So you can understand me.

1. O.S = Windows 2003 Server.
2. Installed own DNS Server what at this moment manage 8 web sites.
3. DNS Server send request info of the hostname of 8 domains to IIS web server.
4. Web Server manage every domain with own host name , but using only one IP address for all domains. This IP is external IP address.
5. And now I want install SSL Certificate for all domains. All domains must have their own SSL Cert.
6. Host header for domain use port 80 - it's Ok. SSL port by default is 443. Ok.
7. Process of installation of SSL I know very good. With this step no problem.
8. But IIS web server don't accept for SSL host configuration. It's working only with IP and port number.
9. So here I have my Error. Web Server stopping other web site when I type port 443 for other site too.

I think my Error is : using one IP for all web sites. I think need to have diferent IP for every web site. To say exactly , create internal IP addresses for every domain. So then I can using this port SSL 443 for every domain with own IP address.

If you have your own web site hosting , please tell me how you have IP for every domain ?
