I deleted myself as a user from Netscape (by mistake), was able to put myself back but of course all my email archives (address book, etc.)are gone. Is it possible to reteive them somehow?
Thanks. Any help is much appreciated. E.

    Welcome to the Forum!

    Hi Elise,

To make certain we are on the same page:

Do you run Communicator 4.x or Netscape 6.x?

Did you delete your Profile in the Profile Manager, or did you delete your Profile folder from the C:\Program Files\Netscape Folder?

If you could fill us in, then we can go from there.

    Thanks!

    Ramona :D

    Hi Ramona,
    Thanks for your reply.
I'm in Netscape 4x and deleted the profile from the profile manager.
    Thanks again.

    Elise,

When you deleted the Profile in Profile Manager, you were given two choices:
    1. Delete Directory
    2. Don't Delete Directory

If you chose Delete Directory, then all the files in your Profile directory are gone, and cannot be retrieved.

    Sorry! :(
