Info on drivers needed

Hi everybody, first time posting on these forums.

I've run into a problem with creating virtual drives on my computer, every time I try the drives don't load/run the image i'm using. When I view my device manager I get error codes that look like this:

(viewing 'properties' tells me it's error code 39)

When I uninstall the program the error message goes away, but if I reinstall I just end up with an error messages (one for each drive I'm trying to run)

I'm running an MSI Wind U100 netbook (so no physical CD Drive) Windows XP SP3 and have run virtual CD in the past with no problem. I've tried Daemon Tools lite, older versions of Daemon tools, alcohol 120% and a few others, all with similar results. Thanks in advance to anyone who can think of any suggestions.
