INEB.DLL Error

    Whenever I click on in the internet explorer icon. I get this message: "Explorer has caused an error in ineb.dll explorer will now close" I also can't get into control panel or search, I get this same message. I bought this computer used and I'm thinking this problems may be caused by a virus. I ran McAfee and it didn't find anything.

    Any suggestions?????
