Increase FSB result "PC" died ..........

    i have a celeron 1.2GHz & mobo GA-6OXT

    i try to increase the frequency of FSB from 100 to 128 but the computer hang in the post "booting"

    my pc not response i try

    - use the jumper of clear cmos

    - pickup the cpu , AGP

    - try another cpu

    - restart the machine

    - use another power supply , monitor, AGP card ...

    what shal i do now

    plz help me

    If you have more than one ram chip, try pulling out any extras.

    Celerons are usually hard to o/c at that high a fsb. If you are trying to o/c you celeron you should start back at 100 and go up slowly... or did you do that already?... and also have more cooling and did you check if it needs a higher voltage?


    Candy... bummed you don't get your mulderator privileges over here?
