Incomplete download of HelpWithWindows Newsletter

I have been a subscriber to HelpWithWindows Newsletter for some years and normally receive each issue without trouble. A few minutes ago I downloaded the current issue - Vol 10 No 10 26/05/07 - but all I have received is the major part of the item entitled 'Microsoft buys aQuantive, Inc for $6 billion', but it finishes (incompletely) with the words '...selling online ads=' and has none of the other articles shown at the head nor any of the usual links. I know from looking online at this issue that there is a lot more than I have received.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is anyone able to give me an email address to which I can query what has happened, please? Alternatively does anyone think this might be a problem at the dispatch end or whether it is at my end. My ISP is PlusNet and they recently had a lot of their client's email addresses 'unlawfully acquired by third parties' as a result of which we have been getting a lot of spam. They have now introduced a new type of spam filtering and I am wondering if this has anything to do with the shortened version of HelpWithWindows that I have received.
