Inactive [InActive] windows explorer crashed at start up, launching fake one

    just got this fixed yesterday. I saw another solution from another guy having the same problem. the solution was:

    Insert a flash drive, identify the AUTORUN.INI. I identified by looking at RESTORE. I ran my PC in SAFE MODE and used XPLORER2 to locate the RESTORE folder. I deleted it. now my sis's laptop is saved. though, is this the only answer? I need to confirm it, though
