Inactive [InActive] Slow boot up and application start in Vista Home Premium

Hi all...new to this game.
I have a Sony Vaio VGN-FZ11S with Vist Home Premium pre-installed.
Lately, the start time has extended to the point i think i may have a problem with my system, but I have no idea where to look!
I was hoping someone might be able to help me...

Your log does not suggest any infection. My first impulse would be to disable the Firewall from starting up with Windows and see if it solves the problem. If so, an uninstall/reinstall might correct that. If that does not help, try disabling Windows Defender.
