Importing .Txt files to Address Book

Now that I'm on 7.1 esp. can't remember how I did this with a big XLS column of email addresses only two years ago.

Didn't find help on the net. Before I fool around another 2 hours thought I'd as you.

I saved it as tab deliminated file in MSExcell. Tried to import. ONly marked the primary email box. Nothing happened.

Have also made a comma deliminated file but don't know how to turn it in .cvs

Any help appreciated.
