Importing Outlook Address Book into Hotmail

I Downloaded the new MSN Explorer 7x. I would like to know if the Outlook Express 6x address book can be imported into Hotmail? If so how do you?

Hello Paul,
Thank You for the info. I recently downloaded this MSN Explorer 7 & it does not have Import Outlook address book in the settings as the older versions did. I sent an email to Hotmail Support 3 times & they keep telling me to go to Import Outlook address book. I do not have PC World but if it addresses this issue I will try to borrow it.
