It asks for a User Name and Password when I try to download it. :(

    Hi Lee,

Well, if only I could read!

Netscape 6 automatically imports IE Favorites on installation.

I use Bookmark Priest for Opera|Netscape. I do recall, before I started using the program (BP), that I did have IE Favorites in Netscape 6. This was maybe Ver. 6.1. There was an uproar with 6.0, because you couldn't delete IE Favorites.

I just did that, twice, both times it didn't import IE favorites. I unstalled it both times as well, so I don't know what could be wrong.. but oh well. Thanks anyway.

Well heck, Lee! When you click on Bookmarks, you should see an "Imported IE Favorites" folder, at the at the very bottom of the list.

I don't know why it isn't happening for you. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

    Ramona :(

Mine doesn't have that option  All I have is:

    Add Bookmark
    File Bookmark
    Manage Bookmarks

I can import bookmarks with "Manage Bookmarks ", but I'm clueless to where IE saves them at.

But no worries, I did it manually, so I have all I need in there now. Thanks for your help though :)

IE keeps favorites in c:\windows\favorites by default.
