I have a text file that is hex codes arranged in rows and columns separated by spaces.

I would like to import it into excel with each character in a different cell, but when I copy and paste, it all goes into one single cell.

Can anyone tell me how to separate them please?

    Thanks

Grunty, Don't know if this will work, but I would try it.
    - save the .txt file
    - open the .txt file in an editor
    - do a search and replace, replacing " " space with "," comma
    - open blank excel sheet
    - import the .txt file

What I am thinking is :
    - in hex there is no " " character, the " " character is only displayed between pairs of hex values in a txt file
    - excel can import csv files
    good luck
    regards

    Thanks, that worked fine.

I did the find & replace, then I had to rename the file to file.csv rather than file.txt

    thanks again
