Importing Access contact file into Outlook Address Book

    How can I import my contact list (includes email addresses) in Access to my Outlook address book? Do the fields have to match identically?
    Can you link me to a tutorial if this becomes complicated?

    File->Import->Import from another program or file->Access

    An yes, the data fields need to match pretty well. Can probably find additional info in the HELP file.
