Import FF bookmarks to a user created target folder

Is it possible to export FF bookmarks from my old computer and import them to a user created target folder on my new computer. I do not require the "settings ". They can be included in import as long as user created target folder remains "Parent" to settings/folders/bookmark toolbar/bookmarks). This "imported" file should NOT replace my current bookmarks / Bookmarks Toolbar Folder on my new computer.

To a Target folder isn't possible, but if you create a folder, and then left click and move the exported bookmarks to that folder should do what you want.
