   I am trying to import contacts from another application to Windows Contacts. The help file talks about an import button on the toolbar but when I open Windows Contacts, it is not there. How do I import?

   Missing Buttons on Contacts Folder Toolbar:
   
   1. Open Contacts folder.
   2. View Menu > Customize This Folder
   3. Customize tab > Use this folder type as a template > click arrow > select Contacts from list.
   4. Click Apply button.
