Would like to know how to import contacts & emails from Windows Mail to Roadrunner on the Vista OS. Can't seem to find the solution.
    Thanks,
    Rob

Have you tried calling Brighthouse (Roadrunner) and ask them? Everything I seem to find with google makes no reference to WLM.

Roadrunner is the name of Time Warners email....

Did you just recently change ISP to Time...and Road Runner?
Or have to been with Road Runner and want to import to their web based email?

Most all email programs and Web mail applications have an option to export contacts as a CSV file, which can then be imported elsewhere.

Web mail services usually don't have the option of importing messages though. There are ways to do it though.

Doing this to help a friend who just recently moved from Arizona to Kentucky. He did change providers to Roadrunner. I'm not familiar with Vista, so not sure how to go about this. His Windows Mail looks like Outlook Express does on my machine, but haven't been able to discover where they hid the settings and storage location on the HD.
    Thanks,
    Rob

Tried the export/import but the options I needed were not available on the menu. Tried exporting to a file on the computer, but that didn't work either. Anything else you can think of ?
    Thanks,
    Rob
