Hello, I recently sent 2 pictures from my phone to my email adress and downloaded them to my computer.

The first picture was fine and unzipped as a .jpg but the second picture unzipped as a .mim file and is unsupported when i try to open it.

To solve this problem i went to my computer>tools>folder options>view and unchecked the hide extensions box so i could simply change the .mim to .jpg which i thought would fix the problem, But when i tried this, the file icon turned to Paint shop pro 9 icon (which is my main image editing software but the icon should have just been a scaled down picture of the photo) but it still did not open (unsupported file type)

    Can anyone help please? Thanks.

I finally fixed the issue, i had to unzip the file again with winzip and THEN change the file type extension.

    Sorry to bother. ^^
