Recently uninstalled 7.0 because many images, particularly photos, were not loading fully. I have gone back to 4.7, and the problem no longer exists. Has anyone else experienced this? Being a relative novice to the benefits/drawbacks of browsers, I had assumed that 7.0 was going to be much better. Guess I learned that if "it ain't broke, don't fix it! "

    Hi.

I tried Netscape6 which was crashing and was buggy...& so I
    stopped using it.

-not at all like the Netsacpe Communicator line or the older netscape standalones
which were very good in my experience.
....heard that Netscape7 was better never tried it though.

Netscape 6 onwards,... are a different line of browsers from the Communicator line.

Images not loading fully may even be caused by a low internet connection or
a site , maybe also if the browser is too heavy on the system.-all just guessing though.

Since some time now I`ve been using Mozilla, which is excellent.
-Also you would find the interface pretty familiar since you've used Netscape

If you do,..then download the stable version.
-In the link to the thread below I`ve expressed why I like, and use it.
-scroll down to the larger post in the thread.

Check this thread out which is a discussion on browsers:
