im wondering [DVD+/-RW drive advise]

    im considering buying myself a new computer and giving this on to my husband. this one has a dvd drive and a cdrw drive.

    lots of the computers ive looked at have a "16x DVD+/-RW" drive. with that can i burn regular cds like i do with my cdrw? or does it only burn on dvd cds?

    i mean, i normally just buy the cds for burning music, will those still work in a "16x DVD+/-RW" drive?

    Kitty,

    The DVD Burner will do CDs just fine. You can now burn DVD disks also. You'll add capabiliy that is backward compatible so do not worry.
