Im new and in need of help

HI, My name is miles im lazy and teenaged ... when i say lazy i mean my spelling and grammar is not at the top of my worry list... you can probably already see this anyway .. basically i have contracted an illness it redirects my google search onto a hole load of **** but... i heard you need someone to send you a renamed version of combofix and some other stuff to delete it please help me, (yes most links that contain anitvirus names etc are blocked) ! regards
