iexplore memory usage issues

Stoopid newbie - sorry about that (& thanks for being nice)... Here is my original post revised w/ the dds contents (vs Hijack This)

I have searched and found others w/ a similar issue, but not a single fix. I am having a problem in IE7. After using IE7 and opening up several sites, I start having issues - 1st I loose the right click option, and can only open one window at a time, and it goes down hill from there to ultimately freezing up.

In task manager, I can see what seems like an unusually high memory usage in iexplore.exe. It starts out ok around 22mb, but increases quickly (ie I am at 123mb right now), and I have seen it as high as 500mb. Once IE freezes up, I can close it w/ task manager, but then cannot open it again w/out restarting. Then it is ok for a while.

I have spybot installed which runs at each start-up, and use Avast anti-virus. I just reduced my Temp Int. Files from 485mb down to 50mb (as suggested in another thread), but not sure if that has helped any (still @ 123mb usage w/ iexplore) - now down to 92mb of usage....
