iexplore.exe error when shutdown or restart windows xp professional

    It is this way sometimes when restarting or to turn off my computer appears me in screen error exception in iexplore.exe
    If I leave it that that error runs the pc it is begun until I give click in end now.
    Some suggestion to eliminate or to correct this flaw that is presented in a sporadic way???

    Control Panel, System, Advanced, Error reporting- disable

    I'm assuming there is no other problem other than the error notification?
