"iexplore.exe - Application Error" pops up after closing an internet window

I keep getting this error message each time I close an internet Window:

"iexplore.exe - Application Error "

The error message reads:

"The instruction at "0x01081ea8" reerenced memeory at "0x01081ea8 ". The memorey could not "read ".

"Click on OK to terminate the program "

I've never com come accross this error before. Anyway I can rectify this please?

I'm using version 6 Internet explorer. My PC - Packard Bell imedia2569. And I'm connected to 2mg broadband via cable.
