   iexplore caused error in SCACTIVEBLOCK.DLL. So blank page shows up due to this error can anyone help resolve this issue.

   is part of the SpyCatcher program.
   
   Try another spyware removal tool such as Adaware, there may be something malicious interfering with SpyCatcher.
