Using Vista Home Basic and IE8 - I recently customized the DPI (font) setting to increase visibility of my Exchange mail account. After that, the Sidebar Gadget Clock stopped working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Is there any fix?

    Welcome to WindowsBBS;)

If you un-do the changes to the DPI settings does the clock work again? If so, you'll have to decide which is more important.

I was afraid that would be the answer. I will give that a try and decide. But it seems to me that one should not have to make such a choice - a user should be able to customize the DPI setting and have a usable clock feature.

Before readjusting the DPI, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the sidebar clock once again. I cannot explain why, but the clock is now working just fine and I did not have to change the DPI setting.
