IE8 & 9 works not with LOGITECH MX REVOLUTION

    I've had to use a program called Wizmouse in order to scroll through the Bookmarks in both IE7, 8 & 9.
    Is this a flaw with IE or Logitech or both? I've no problem scrolling without Wizmouse in any other Browser, so why am I inclined to believe it's IE?

    I've posted this question relating to IE and it was moved. Maybe I should have posted it in something relating to a Codec.
