IE7 popup windows not opening

    Help please I have searched everywhere for an answer. Have IE7 on windows xp sp2 and cannot open a 2nd window on web pages. Eg. on a Microsoft forum if I open the forum and select the new button to post an item like on this website the popup window does not open. All that happens is that the current window refreshes and the new popup does not display. This happens on a different computer to this one. Have to have IE7 as it is required for some apps to run.

    Greatly appreciate any answers its driving me nuts

    Go Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab, and click Reset button. Restart computer.
    Did you try Firefox?
