   IN the last few days IE7 starts and then stops under user Administrator. I create a new user and it works fine. This is a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server. It seems that DDS is not supported. Any ideas on how to fix or clear this. I have deleted all temp files, cleared the cache, and started without add-ons with no luck.

   Follow the advice given in that thread first - post in the forum indicated with comment that DDS does not run on your Windows 2003 Enterprise Server.
