For some reason this problem has just started for me:

When I maximize an IE window, it looks odd... the title bar starts at about an inch below where it should start (the window doesn't start at the top of the monitor), and the bottom part of the IE window is cut off. I took a screencap since it's sort of hard to explain: http://www.diamond-road.net/misc/window.jpg

In the screencap, "Outlook Express" is the application open under the IE browser window, and the IE browser window is completely maximized, yet it looks like that. I can't even see the status bar, or the bottom of the scrollbar.

Any ideas how to fix this? I already tried restarting, but it didn't work.

    Click.

PS You might have to make it smaller and then drag it so that it fills the full screen.
