IE6 toolbars mixed up in limited accounts

    IE6, XP/sp2, all critical updates in place. 1 admin acct & 2 limited. In the 2 limited accounts, some toolbars are mixed up e.g. unchecking Site Advisor actually removes Norton and vice versa. I have also Google toolbar, which appears to be OK. No other 3rd party toolbars. All is correct in the admin acct. Cannot find anything in KB or elsewhere. Any clues, folks?

    did you right click open space-customize-add-remove- reset- or add remove

    Hi James,
    I remember dealing with a very similar issue in the past. While it only invovled a google and a Norton toolbar switch, I don't see why the fix wouldn't also work for any toolbar mixup. Please use the precaution of exporting the registry hkeys invovled though, or at least have a restore point that will work should any unforseen problem arise.
